Glutamine Xplode is zo veel meer dan gewone creatine!
Glutamine Xplode zorgt voor een beter herstel van de spieren. Het is een aminozuur dat een sleutelrol speelt in de opbouw van eiwitten in het menselijk lichaam. Maar glutamine Xplode is veel meer dan dat. Het stimuleert de glycogeen-synthese in lever en spieren en vermindert de verzuring van de spieren na de training.
